The perinatal period of life comes with emotions and circumstances that can be difficult to navigate. Creating art during your pregnancy or postpartum period can support you with uncovering fears and exploring emotions related to birth and the transition into parenthood.

In this class, we will begin with a warm-up exercise, then move into an art prompt and share our insights together. No formal art experience is necessary, only your willingness to participate in a process of exploration with art materials!
