Well Person Care

Our team of Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and Certified Professional Midwives (CPMs) are proud to offer reproductive healthcare from your first menses through menopause. CPMs are experts focusing on low-intervention prenatal care while CNMs can provide a broader range of care as well as prescribe most medications. We love to help families grow, but that's not a requirement for care here- these services are available to any prospective clients regardless of family plans. No matter what kind of service you receive at CB&W, our midwives prioritize shared decision making and strive to provide a care experience that is individualized, trauma informed, and client-centered.

CB&W Midwives provide:

  • Well-person care (i.e. limited primary care concerns, vaginitis, menstrual problems, breast changes, pelvic pain)

  • Annual exams

  • Pap Smears & HPV screening

  • STI & HIV testing

  • Hormonal & non hormonal contraceptive counseling (including placement and removal for all IUDs and Nexplanon)

  • Fertility Consult

  • Preconception Counseling

  • Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)

  • Mammogram/Breast Imaging Referrals

  • LGBTQ+ Care (Our CNMs cannot prescribe hormone therapy at this time)
