CPR & Choking Infant Safety
Join us for a hands-on experience to learn choking relief and CPR for infants, kids and adults!
This class is a non-certification course that focuses on the simple, key steps to help save a life.
Get to practice on feedback mannequins and ask questions to American Heart Association CPR Instructor, Julie Allick, so you leave feeling confident to assist in an emergency.

Calm Birth Weekend Series
This weekend intensive provides education, deep relaxation, and special breathing techniques where birthing people learn to dismiss fear-based stories, misinformation, and birthing myths; and they are helped to see birth as normal. They learn to trust that their bodies know how to bring their babies into the world in the calm and gentle way that nature intended. Class is taught by Calm Birth certified instructor and CB&W doula, Laura at our Lowry location.
Friday 6-9pm and Saturday 9am-5pm
Coin Hanging

Doula Training
Are you looking to grow your skills with out of hospital birth support? Do you want to certify as a birth doula to grow your practice? This unique birth doula training course centers around physiologic birth and the out of hospital birth experience. Join Emily Stuber, Director of programs and Ash Wilkenson CB&W doula and student midwife. Both Emily and Ash are certified and experienced doulas as they share their wisdom and experience in this comprehensive and evidence based weekend intensive. Content includes understanding labor and birth journey, role and scope of doula work, comfort measure practice, and so much more. Reach out to Ash Wilkenson, education@cobirthwell.com with questions.

Infant Sleep: In The First Four Months-What To Really Expect. (Copy)

- Your baby’s attachment needs and their connection to sleep
- What biologically normal infant sleep looks like
- Safe sleeping (including a look into safe bed sharing)
- How to utilize rhythms to support your baby’s sleep

- Working toward independent naps
