This 8 hour intensive focuses on the stages of labor, anatomy, physiology, what birthing in a birth center looks like, comfort measures, what to expect in the event of a transfer, and evidence based education/activities to ensure you have a comprehensive understanding of the rhythm of birth. All classes take place in person at our Lowry location and include lunch. We ask all birthing people to have a support person present for class.
