This essential prenatal class covers all of the necessary topics related to breastfeeding! Topics include (and are not limited to): First latch, normal newborn feeding patterns, how milk changes over the first few days, normal infant feeding patterns and behaviors, latch and positioning, milk supply, how to know baby is getting enough, returning to the outside world, debunking myths and well-meaning relatives!
