This one hour virtual class prepares parents for all the transitions in the final stages of pregnancy and takes a deep dive into the immediate postpartum period. You will have the opportunity to talk about the logistics of transitioning to the birth center, what to pack, discharge from CB&W and the immediate postpartum period.
