Colorado Birth&Wellness has a team of trained and experienced postpartum doulas that we trust to support you and your family as you spend time caring for yourself and your newest family member. CB&W Postpartum Doulas offer both daytime and overnight support and can provide assistance with the following:

• Assist with bonding opportunities and self care for new parents. 

• Light errands (bottle and pump part washing, laundry, dishes, etc)

• Feeding support

• Help with sibling transition and household routines

• Sleep support

• Return to work and schedule preparation 

Daytime support is $40/hr and overnight is $48/hr with savings available for packages.
